Yum. That looks good! I make Zippy Zucchini Pasta, if you want that recipe. I like it a lot.
Yum! Your summer squash & zucchini look great – mine are starting to heavily produce too and I’m trying to pick them small. Better tasting, easier to use, and less overwhelming! :) Although I’m delivering some to a friend tomorrow – even small, we can’t eat all of them!
